PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Expert for Wood Core Box Bit Solid Carbide is designed for a heavy everyday use in delivering splinter-free cuts and a long lifetime of routing rounded grooves. The bit is uniquely milled and ground in-house from solidified extra-hard Microteq carbide for high durability and performance in wooden applications. Furthermore, it features a Proteqtion coating protecting it from friction, rust and pitch build-up, which extends the bits superior cutting lifetime. The bit is produced using computer-controlled balancing, giving it high-centricity with perfect rotational symmetry for precision smooth cuts. It is intended for routing small rounded grooves such as doors and columns and can be used in soft and hard solid wood as well as wood composites and special materials like solid surface. The Expert for Wood Core Box Bit Solid Carbide features a special relief angle enabling effortless plunge cutting.
