Possible alternative: 3M™ Respirator 4277+ ABE1P3 SAP ID: 7100113102 – 4000 399 981 Procured product The 4277+ provides ABE1P3 protection, i.e. the same protection against organic vapours and particles as the 4255+, plus additional protection against inorganic and acid gases. However, please note that the protection class against organic vapours is lower (class 1 instead of class 2 so the respirator may need to be changed more frequently. Possible alternative: 3M™ Respirator 4279+ ABEK1P3 SAP ID: 7100113103 – 4000 370 671 The 4279+ provides ABEK1P3 protection, i.e. the same protection against organic vapours and particles as the 4255+, plus additional protection against inorganic, acid gases and ammonia. However, please note that the protection class against organic vapours is lower (class 1 instead of class 2 so the respirator may need to be changed more frequently. Possible alternative: 3M™ Respirator 4251+ A1P2 SAP ID: 7100113098, 4251+ – 4000 370 670 Stock The 4251+ offers A1P2 protection and can therefore only be considered as an alternative if P2 protection against particles is sufficient and P3 protection is not required. Please note that P3 protection may be required by law for certain hazards – please check your local regulations. The protection class against organic vapours is lower (class 1 instead of class 2 so the respirator may need to be changed more frequently.
