Patented rust stop and primer with epoxy resins
– Penetrates approx. 10 times deeper into rust pores than conventional rust converter emulsions
– Very good flow, does not leave behind any brush marks
– Largely compatible with most standard paint systems
– Also to be applied undiluted, with airless or compressed air guns
– Does not contain heavy metals and mineral acids
– No silicone remover, brake cleaner or similar necessary Rust removal in 3 steps: 1. Remove loose rust, wipe off/blow away rust dust/rust particles with a moist cloth/compressor
– 2. Apply 2x BRUNOX® epoxy® or 3-4X using airless tool/painting gun
– Check for complete drying (FINGERNAIL HARD) – no washing off necessary
– 3. Sand the dry layer (only remove gloss)
– Apply filling compounds, 1-component fillers or apply the final paint coat directly Further technical information:
