The HSS Sheet Metal Cone Drill Bit drills large holes with high precision in metal. Its self-centring split-point tip enables perfect centring without walking and spot-drilling in thin-walled material. This precision-ground bit has a straight flute for smooth drilling with a high cutting performance. Use this product for drilling big holes in thin materials like sheet metal, profiles and pipes, etc., without pilot drilling. It is also ideal for deburring and enlarging existing holes without friction deposit and works with non-ferrous metal, sheet steel and plastic. The cone drill bit´s 1/4-inch hex shank ensures a high power transfer and enables quick bit changes.
