The completely new cutter geometry of the ULTIMATECUT by RUKO hugely reduces the axial and radial forces that impact on the tool during the countersink process. The specially developed, variable rear grinding ensure a very smooth countersink process. This creates a precise, round and chatter-free countersink surface and guarantees the best results. Specially-developed chip space parameters such as cutting angle, transition radius as well as the extra-wide chip flute ensure optimal chip removal and heat removal, enabling very high wear resistance. This is counteracted by the new material welding geometry, which enormously reducing the countersink forces. The countersink process now requires significantly less feeding force. Materials can be machined with very high as well as very low cutting speeds without reducing the quality of the countersink result. The ULTIMATECUT achieves the best performance in almost all materials and applications.
